Description

Minimum Qualification & Experience: 1. Has a Bachelor Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering 2. Proficient in English language (reading, writing and speaking) 3. Minimum 8 years experience in the Procurement & Materials and be able to read and understand the QA/QC manuals and the ITPs 4. Be able to read and understand IFC drawings, project standards and material specification 5. Capable to control material enquiry packages and to make sure that each package is complete with all relevant drawings, standards, specifications and any special conditions prior to sending 6. To make sure that the enquiries are send to vendors, suppliers or manufacturers who are on the clients’ approved vendor list 7. Be able to inspect the delivered material and confirm their conformation with the specifications and drawings 8. Be able to visit the manufactures to make sure that they are complying with the specifications, drawings and the purchase order conditions 9. Familiar with International Standards. 10. Proficient in computer usage
